Curb-Side Delivery – $69

- Your item will be delivered to your door, driveway, or building lobby. The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside.

Room of Choice Delivery – $119

- Our delivery team will bring the item inside and place it in the room of your choice.

Full Service Delivery & Installation – $169

- Our team will bring the item inside, unpack it, assemble it (if required), and remove/discard of all packaging materials.

*Full Service Delivery may not apply to certain products that require extensive assembly (i.e bed frames, etc.) You will be notified at the time of booking if your product does not qualify.

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule delivery.

Our fastest delivery timeline is typically 3/4 days, provided the date is not fully booked and aligns with our delivery route for that day.

Delivery timeframes generally range from 4–14 days, depending on scheduling availability, delivery volume, and your location.

We always do our best to accommodate your preferred timing and get your couch to you as soon as possible.

Yes, you can have your couch delivered at a later date. However, if you’d like your delivery scheduled more than 30 business days from the date your order is placed, please inquire at the time of purchase.

Yes — our standard delivery rates apply within an 80 km radius of:

If you are located outside of the 80 km radius, the following additional charges apply (on top of your selected delivery method):

• 80–100 km: +$70
  
• 100–150 km: +$130
  
• 150–200 km: +$200
  

We do not deliver beyond 200 km.
