Fully transparent review incoming: Back in January I saw TGOC on instagram when I was searching for a couch for our new place. We reached out about a couch and they responded almost immediately to set up a time to come and view it. When we got there, the boys were super friendly and incredibly helpful. We loved the couched and wanted to lock it in but were told to go home and measure first. My partner and I like to impulse buy but fine, we went home to measure and the couch would be held for us. It fit in our space and we wanted to lock it in. Well I guess there was a little miscommunication on the TGOC end the couch we wanted wound up being sold. We were bummed as obviously that’s less than ideal but it was PARAMOUNT that I mentioned this in the review because this is where the 5 stars come in. I understand s*** happens and it’s just how the cookie crumbles sometimes but MAN did these guys pivot. They were extremely apologetic and helped us get sorted with a new couch RAPIDLY. They worked hard to get us a new couch that was a similar style, while still fitting our space. In the end it worked out better than we could have hoped but only because of the guys at Two Guys One Couch. Would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for new couches. Thanks guys!
