10-Day Couch Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery or pickup for our couches.

Conditions:

  • Couch must be in the same condition as delivered or picked up
  • Delivery fee is non-refundable
  • Pickup orders must be returned to our warehouse

We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond the 10-day period under any circumstances.

Fees:

  • $150 cleaning/restocking fee
  • For returns requiring pickup: $150 pickup fee within 80 km (outside this radius, the fee will vary based on location)
  • For exchanges: a redelivery fee applies based on the delivery option selected

Before You Order:

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Review product photos and descriptions carefully
  • Inquire about any uncertainties
  • Confirm your measurements (doorways, stairwells, elevators, hallways, etc.)

Did Not Fit (Local Delivery):

If the product does not fit into your home upon delivery, we will take it back; however, a delivery attempt fee of $119 is non-refundable.


Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery for a refund.
    • 3% card processing fee will apply if your payment method was via credit card.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. In addition,Β 3% card processing fee will apply if your payment method was via credit card.
  • Once a delivery attempt has been made, the order is only eligible for store credit or exchange.
