🛡️ 10-Day Couch Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your new couch. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can swap it within 10 days of delivery or pickup.

Conditions:

The couch must be in its original condition as it was received. (We will not take any couches back with stains, damage, or pet hair)
We only offer store credit, no refunds.
You must swap to a new couch within 1 week of delivery unless otherwise discussed.

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable, and return pickup is required if the product was originally picked up.

All out-of-box couches are professionally cleaned and sanitized before delivery/pickup.
In-box couches will be cleaned only if necessary.

We stand by the quality of the couches we select.

All couches come with a 1-year warranty covering the structural frame.
If the frame fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty does not cover fabric, cushions, or damage due to misuse.
