We found these guys from an Instagram ad and took a chance to check out their open house on a weekend. I saw all of the 5 star reviews and was skeptical that this many people could be this happy with the service. Truly and genuinely - Two Guys One Couch is raising and setting the bar for for what customer service can and should be. When walking into their perfectly located showroom, we were immediately greeted by Jordan. He asked us what we were looking for, showed us some models and explained their process. He introduced us to his co-workers Radu and Daniel who also helped us out and gave us great advice. I called to schedule a follow up appointment at night, expecting to leave a voicemail. Radu answered, friendly as if it were working hours, and promptly helped us schedule an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, Radu welcomed us in, remembered us by name and showed us the exact couch we were inquiring about. We purchased and set up delivery seamlessly. Cole and Dre delivered our couch right on time and without any issues. I am floored by the professionalism, quality of product and exceptional service we received from these gentlemen.
