Three years of cover on the frame and the foam of your made-to-order couch, starting the day it is delivered.

If the frame cracks, splits or loses its joint under normal household use, we repair it or replace the couch. If the seat foam collapses or loses more than an inch of its original loft under normal use, we replace the cushion inserts.

Added to a made-to-order couch only. Normal household use; not transferable; does not cover fabric, stitching, zippers, legs, mechanisms, pet or child damage, burns, stains, or anything caused by moving the couch yourself.
