Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders delivered beyond 200 km of our warehouse at 1377 The Queensway, Etobicoke, ON, or outside of Ontario. For local delivery options within 200 km, please refer to our FAQ delivery page. All orders subject to the following terms β€” please read carefully before placing your order. Delivery Method:

Curb-side delivery only. Your item will be delivered to your driveway or building loading area. The customer is responsible for signing off and taking the product from that point.

Scheduling:

Once your order is placed, a member from Two Guys One Couch will contact you within 48 hours to initiate the delivery process.

Estimated Delivery:

5–10 business days from order date, depending on your location, delivery volume, and scheduling availability. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Future Scheduling:

You may request a later delivery date. If you need delivery scheduled more than 30 business days from your order date, please let us know at time of purchase.

Delivery Scheduling:

Once you are contacted by the carrier, if you decline the first, second, or third earliest available delivery date, a minimum warehousing fee of $50/day will apply starting from the rejection of the 3rd offered date. Please be prepared to accept delivery promptly.

Delivery Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier scheduling issues, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information will be emailed once your shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note that LTL (freight) shipments typically provide less frequent tracking updates than standard parcel deliveries. For updates, contact us with your order number.

Receiving Your Delivery:

Before signing off on your delivery, please do the following:

  • Inspect the item thoroughly upon arrival
  • Photograph and document any damage before accepting and signing
  • Note any damage clearly on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
  • Report any damage to the carrier and to us immediately
    • Important: If you sign for the delivery without noting damage, you may be held liable for any claims raised afterward. We are unable to process damage claims for issues not documented at time of delivery.

Concealed Damage:

If damage is discovered after unpacking, retain all original packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order information. Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may limit your eligibility to file a claim.

10-Day Couch Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your couch. No returns or exchanges are accepted after this period, under any circumstances.

Conditions:
  • Item must be in the same condition as delivered, including original repackaging exactly as it was dropped off (this includes pallets, if applicable)
  • Original delivery fee is non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost equals the original shipping fee paid
  • $150 cleaning & restocking fee applies to all returns

Before You Order:

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend you do the following before placing your order:

  • Review all product photos and descriptions carefully
  • Contact us with any questions before purchasing
  • Measure all access points β€” doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators

Cancellations:Β 

Before shipping has been paid, labels have been printed and the shipment leaves the Two Guys One Couch warehouse: A full cash refund is issued. A 3% card processing fee will apply if your payment method was via credit card.

After shipment has left the Two Guys One Couch warehouse: A $100 cancellation fee applies. A 3% card processing fee will apply if your payment method was via credit card. The shipping fee is non-refundable once paid. If the carrier has already picked up the item, a partial refund may be issued depending on the carrier's policies and the shipment's location at the time of cancellation β€” we will do our best to recover costs on your behalf.

After Delivery Attempt:

Once a delivery attempt has been made, the order is eligible for store credit or exchange only β€” no cash refunds.
